Privacy

New Generation Access Services Society helps people find community information, resources and connections. This explains how we handle information shared through our website.

1. What we collect

When you contact us, we ask for your name, email or phone number, and what you need help with. A message and language preference are optional. Please keep your first message brief—we do not need identification documents, banking details or medical records.

2. How we use it

We use your details to review your enquiry, contact you and keep relevant follow-up notes. We also record your permission to respond. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or promotional emails.

3. How information is handled

Your enquiry is not public. Access to enquiry records is restricted. Our website and email providers process information needed to store requests and deliver messages; some processing may happen outside Canada. Automatic notification emails do not include your message or support details.

4. Website preferences and links

The website remembers your language and text-size choices. Short-lived security counters help limit repeated submissions; these use coded versions of contact and network information. Links to community resources open other organizations’ websites, which have their own privacy practices.

5. Your choices

You can ask to see or correct your information, withdraw permission for further contact, or request deletion. Some records may need to be kept for legal reasons. Withdrawing permission may limit our ability to follow up.
